Student Production

The annual Student Production is a strong example of CU Ballet's commitment to peer mentorship. Each summer CU Ballet brings the Senior and Junior Company members, Apprentices, and Trainee dancers together for a unique opportunity. In an effort to broaden their knowledge in other areas of a production, Senior Company dancers take on the leadership roles of director, choreographer, and costume and set designers. These new roles develop a deeper appreciation of all aspects of presenting a live performance. The Student Production provides the Junior Company, Apprentices, and Trainee dancers the opportunity to perform in featured roles so that they may further develop their confidence and artistry.
