Inside CU Ballet Champaign Urbana Ballet is an exciting experience for artists, audiences, and lovers of classical ballet. The visionary artistic direction of Deanna Doty attracts talent to the company and feeds talent to the greater ballet community. Dancers perform Petipa classics, original choreography, and participate in outreach initiatives that engage the Central Illinois community. Recent alumni have graduated to fulfilling professional careers in the arts, including Devon Teuscher of American Ballet Theatre's Studio Company.
